Panic Attacks from Hanta Fears

I watched COVID unfold on Reddit in Dec 19. I have this feeling - I was right that time and I’m right this time. I have had multiple panic attacks in the past few days because I have two small kids who are in daycare. we have no travel plans but I can’t help but feel we’re all going to be dead by summer. I have limited my time on Reddit to 30 min a day, gotten a therapist, touched grass, it all doesn’t seem to help.
