Impact in Sweden/Nordics

Hi everyone. I am just another concerned person having an anxiety attack on Reddit. I am not an expert but I have some basic scientific knowledge (bachelor’s in biology, dropped out of an evolutionary biology PhD program early, don’t ask lol) and like many of you I’ve seen some things that are potentially very concerning about this virus. My question is, as someone living in Sweden what can I best do to prepare myself and my family (two small children)? I am a German/American national (I have family in America and that is extra worrying!) so I am not completely familiar with the health system here in Sweden. How prepared is Sweden and the Nordics in general to handle something like this?
