This has been hell for my ocd. Travel question

I was 15 when Covid started, lowkey forgot how traumatizing that was for me and as a collective society, now I’m 21. I’ve had a rough few years in college due to chronic pain issues, finally doing better and was looking forward to traveling this summer for the first time in a long time. I am due to go on a trip next week within my state of California via plane, my flight is on May 18, I come back on the 23rd. Can any really informed people just let me know what they think.
