Leaf blowing outdoors, fear of hantavirus…

38/F, 5’5, 140 lbs To be fair, I’ve had fears of Hantavirus long before all of the recent news. Everything I’m reading is of course ramping it up, but it’s something I’ve been afraid of for a long time. Today I was leaf blowing outside - the perimeter of my house, carport, and mini split condenser. I didn’t see any mice, however, I’m now wondering if I could have accidentally exposed myself to Hantavirus in my clean up process! Foolish. I live in Denver and really, really don’t want to body scan for the next 8 weeks. Is leaf blowing outside a relatively low risk way to contract HV? I should have worn a mask… submitted by /u/catsarecoolright to r/AskDocs [link] [comments]
