Hantavirus infection is hard to diagnose because testing is PCR/similar. The onset of most hemorrhagic fevers is VERY similar, and Hantavirus hides well. Fatigue, low fever, muscle pain (often focused on lower back and large muscle groups), headache, digestive disturbances, etc. Could be influenza or Ebola? Only testing will tell 100% Hantavirus has along incubation period, weeks, from 2-8. Symptomsmay take a while to manifest, helping it mask.
